In this article, Mathew Ingram says that in Internet we can find and we will continue finding blogs, articles of magazines and more sites of information. We speak about a crafted industry that studies the "failure" of important newspapers as the New York Times, for example. The article comments that some people have the opinion that bloggers have been those who have killed the journalistic industry whereas others are more optimistic about the evolution of the mass media, as the newspaper.
There have been many predictions about the death of the old mass media as the newspaper and other mediums. But when we speak about journalistic death we talk about the end of impression? And why now old mass media die more rapidly?
A serious problem is that many newspapers only can survive if they cut away expenses (between 75% or 80%); we speak about personal expenses and everything relates to the use of press. But would this also suppose the end of the journalism?
Many other issues are still about whether the newspaper industry is improving or deteriorating; but the answer is in the air, so we have to wait and see what will bring the future and come face what is good or bad.
What is said in this article is the pessimistic part of the evolution of the newspaper and the optimistic one.
ResponderEliminarIn the first part of this, the blame is putted on the people who write in the blogs. In my opinion, it is because of the information the write on, maybe because is not all true. They write about what they think about the topic or they write about what they have heard. This is what made the information very subjective.
People who take the optimistic part of the evolution of the newspaper are because they trust that the online media is the best way to envelope. The online media offers a lot of aspects that attract the readers; because of the interactive way to inform and what comfortable it is for read all you want in every place you are.

In my opinion, I think that the people who write in the blogs can't be compared with the professional journalists. On the one hand, we have to know that journalists have studied four years to learn to communicate properly and the bloggers are just people who write what they heard without checking the information. Therefore, we have to know that journalists have more tools to know the truth than the bloggers, who only write what they hear from citizens.
ResponderEliminarFinally, i'm agree with the optimistic part of the article, wich says that the online media are interactive and give us all we want without move. If we're searching something particular, we only have to write the word and a large list appears infront of our eyes. It's so amazing to think about the time that we earn with the internet, because doing that in a traditional way means that we waste a lot of hours.
Yes, I agree with Ariadna in the part pessimistic and optimistic at the same time. The Blogg writers are unreliable, I usually go in search of good music Bloggs, but there are a lot of people that writes like with winds of institution.
ResponderEliminarIm not sure if the last sentence is clear, but that i want to express is that there are a lot of people who writes with minimal knowledge of the matter.
I think that the news papers will be destroyed, because the electronic ink it's more cheap , and with an e-book or ipad we can see the ordinary newspaper every day, wasting less time buying it.
I'm a lover of the books in paper version , and I will not stop buying paper books , an if I want to read a newspaper , I hope that will have the opportunity to read in physical version.
